Terms & Conditions – WellDuct, LLC (Effective June 14, 2026) WellDuct, LLC (210 Clinton St, Linden, NJ 07036 | 800‑616-3828 | WellDuct@gmail.com | https://wellduct.com) provides professional air duct cleaning, HVAC hygiene, dryer vent service, and related offerings. By using our website or scheduling service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Services & Scheduling. Appointments are offered on a first-come basis. After we book you, our system sends a confirmation link via text message to the phone number on file. Your appointment is locked in only when you confirm via that link (or in writing). If a booking is not confirmed, WellDuct is not obligated to dispatch a crew and will not be liable for missed appointments.
  2. Site Access & Safety. You must provide safe, clear access to all HVAC equipment, ducts, rooftops, crawlspaces, and electrical panels. Work may be declined or paused if unsafe conditions exist (exposed wiring, structural hazards, etc.).
  3. Estimates, Payment & Late Cancellations. Written estimates remain valid for 30 days. Newly discovered conditions or extra work requested on site may incur additional charges. Unless otherwise stated, residential invoices are due on completion; commercial accounts are net 15 days. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance—or technicians arrive and cannot access the property—a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee may be applied to cover mobilization costs.
  4. Limited Warranty & Wiring Disclaimer. We warrant our workmanship for 30 days. This means we will re-clean a documented area if an issue persists after service. However, we do not guarantee system components (motors, belts, refrigerant, etc.) beyond the cleaning scope. Some HVAC systems have low-voltage or communication wires inside ducts; WellDuct does not repair or accept responsibility for wiring within ductwork or its assemblies. Any wiring repairs must be handled by a licensed electrician or HVAC contractor.
  5. Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Clients must protect fragile fixtures, antiques, instruments, or artwork prior to our arrival.
  6. Third-Party Links & Intellectual Property. Our website may link to external sites (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or policies. All WellDuct logos, text, imagery, and documentation are proprietary; you may not reproduce them without permission.
  7. Privacy. Contact information submitted through our site or email is used solely to schedule services, generate estimates, or respond to inquiries. We do not sell or rent personal data.
  8. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions take effect once posted on our website. Continuing to use our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by New Jersey law. Any disputes shall be heard in the appropriate courts within Union County, NJ.
