Scope: After Adalex Communication completed a major interior renovation, they needed every air duct and plenum cleaned before employees returned. Construction dust and drywall debris had settled throughout the system.

Challenges:

2. Systematic Cleaning: Using HEPA-filtration negative-air machines and mechanical agitation, our techs worked line by line through the supply and return network, pulling out renovation debris and particulate.
3. Final Disinfection & Restart: After vacuuming and wiping every plenum, coil, and register, we disinfected the ducts, then performed a controlled system restart to confirm airflow and balance.
